COVID 19:  SAFETY PROTOCOL

Before you start the journey:
  • Our campers are stationed at a private parking lot in Gurgaon, where they are sanitised per COVID-19 protocols and certified material after every trip.
  • In addition, the entire vehicle is freshened up, both from inside and outside, using high quality air-freshners.
  • For each trip we provide a brand new set of linen which are discarded after the trip is complete; we do not re-use any linen item.
  • The pantry equipment and the cutlery is also sanitised using appropriate cleaning material.
  • Before the commencement of your ride, our driver and guest co-ordinator ( “the crew”)undergo basic checks for body temperature and any other visual signs/symptoms of any other aliment, including status check on Aarogya Setu app.
  • While the vehicle is equipped with a first-aid kit, kindly carry your own medicines as per your own need.
  • Disposable masks and gloves are available in the vehicle and can be sought from the crew.
While on the way:
  • We request the guest to show their status on the Aarogya Setu for the safety of the fellow travelers and the crew.
  • RV On rides our strictly personal and private. You travel with your family and friends only.
  • No one is allowed to enter the guest area without your permission.
  • The driver cabin and the guest area are completely separate and have no direct access to one another. The communication between with the driver is through an intercom.
  • The crew, will wear 2 layered mask throughout the trip and use disposable gloves if they have to make any contact with any items in the guest area and follow social distancing norms.
  • The guest area is equipped with a contactless sanitizer.
  • Every morning the crew will collect and dispose-off the waste generated during the trip, into the areas designated to handle such waste.
  • Please use all precautions when engaging in any activities as part of the journey
Food Service:
  • Typically, breakfast and lunch will be hosted by the estate the vehicle will be parked in. Our guest co-ordinator will check for the host/servers’ Aarogya Setu status as well as do basic checks for body temperature and any other visual signs/symptoms of any other aliment, before allowing access to the guests
In the Night:
  • In the night, the guest area is lockabale from inside and cannot be opened from outside, to ensure privacy & safety.
  • The crew will never sleep inside the driver cabin or any other part of the vehicle.
